Let’s talk about what most clinics are getting wrong on Instagram…🤯
It’s been a crazy busy few weeks in clinic (anyone else feeling that pre-summer rush? 😅), but I’m finally starting to get back on top of everything.
Now that my new Aesthetician has started treating clients, I’ve actually had a bit more space to work on the business instead of constantly working in it — and wow, does it make a difference!
Oh, and check out the pic — my logo is finally sorted! 🎉
It’s the little things that make you feel like you’re finally moving forward.

But let’s talk about Instagram 👀
It’s the first place most clinic owners go to build their business, right? But here's the truth:
Instagram could be damaging your business — if you're using it the wrong way!
Here are 3 common traps that can hurt your brand more than help it:
🔄 1. Following Every Trend
Lip-sync reels. Pointing at captions. Trending audio.
Sure, trends might get short-term views—but they rarely bring in the right clients. Your Instagram should reflect your clinic’s unique brand and values, not just what everyone else is doing. Stop blending in to get views. Start standing out to get bookings.
🧯 2. Posting Inconsistently
Posting three times one week, then disappearing for a month? That kills trust and visibility. Instagram rewards consistency—but so do your potential clients. If you’re not showing up regularly, they’ll assume you’re too busy, unprofessional, or simply not in demand.
💸 3. Constantly Sharing Offers
Discounts attract deal-hunters, not loyal clients. If your feed is full of price cuts and flash sales, you’re training your audience to only buy when things are on offer. Instead, focus on sharing value: skin tips, results, client stories, and education.
Instagram can be a powerful tool to build your brand—but only if you use it with purpose and strategy.
