🚀 How I Grew My Instagram from 6K to 20K in a Year (and You Can Too!) 📈

Instagram has been the driving force behind my business, and over the past year, I’ve grown my clinic’s following from 6,000 to nearly 20,000. This growth hasn’t been accidental—it’s taken planning, consistency, and a strategy focused on building trust with my followers💡✨ I want to share exactly how I did it so you can apply these same hacks to your own business's Instagram: 👇

1️⃣ Pre-Planning Content a Month in Advance 🗓️

I never want to feel stuck on what to post, so I map out my content a month ahead. This allows me to think strategically about the themes I want to focus on. If a great idea pops into my head, I jot it down for the next month—this way, content creation never feels rushed or like a chore. ✅

2️⃣ Batch Filming Video Content 🎥

Once I have my plan, I dedicate 2-3 days per month to filming content. I quickly learned that videos generate WAY more engagement than photos. 📊 Plus, videos can be repurposed across TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram Stories—giving me maximum reach with minimal extra effort. 🔄

3️⃣ Providing Free Education 📚

The videos that perform best are the ones where I educate my audience. By offering free advice, I position myself as an expert, which builds trust and keeps people coming back for more. My top-performing video topics include:

Not every follower will book right away, and that’s okay. I constantly hear from new clients that they found us on Instagram, followed for months, and eventually saw an offer or a video that pushed them to take action. Consistency is key 🔑

The best part? Creating content costs nothing! It does take time, but the more you do it, the better you’ll get. If Instagram is one of your main marketing channels (like it is for me), investing your time into it can lead to serious business growth 📈🔥
