Why I Run Monthly Offers (And Why You Should Too)

I hope you’ve had a lovely weekend — I’ve just had a gorgeous few days seeing family, enjoying some downtime, and starting to feel that shift as the summer slowly begins to wind down. It’s the perfect moment to take a breath, regroup, and get intentional about how we’re bringing clients into our clinics during the quieter months.

And that brings me to this week’s topic:
💡 Why I run monthly offers — and why I think you should too.

Let me be clear: this isn’t about constantly discounting or devaluing your services.

Running strategic, well-timed monthly offers is one of the most effective tools I use to:

✅ Re-engage lapsed clients

Life gets busy — clients drop off the radar. Having a monthly offer is a brilliant way to give them a reason to come back in. A well-worded email or Instagram post with a compelling, time-sensitive offer can often be the nudge they need to rebook

✅ Add more value for package clients

Each month, I run an exclusive upgrade or treatment offer just for my package clients. It’s a simple way to reward loyalty, increase their overall spend per visit, and give them that little VIP treatment that keeps them coming back. This also makes packages even more appealing when I’m selling them — people love knowing they’ll get extra value month after month

✅ Encourage new product sales

I often pick one product category — like SPF in July or exfoliators in September — and offer a small discount for the month. It’s not about slashing prices, it’s about removing barriers. Once a new client tries a product and sees the results, they’re hooked. That initial product might be discounted… but the re-purchases (and their trust in me as a professional) are where the long-term value lies

📲 Content That Converts

Every month, I build my social media plan around my clinic offers — from educational posts to client results, FAQ's, and treatment videos. That way, my content supports the offer without being “salesy.” It’s just relevant, helpful, and timely — and it works.
