✨2025 So Far at the Clinic: What's Worked & What Hasn't
Before I dive into the business side of things… confession time:
I finally relented and joined the LED mask trend 😅
I’ve been side-eyeing the trend for a while and treated myself to the Shark Glow mask and honestly… I get the hype!
Okay, back to the 2025 clinic update 👇
✅ What’s Worked:
📞 Free 15-Minute Phone Consultations
This has been a game-changer. The number of calls I get each week varies from 0 to 5, but I’ve had at least a few book in every single month. Over 80% of people who’ve jumped on a call with me have gone on to book a treatment — not bad at all for something that’s free and only takes a few minutes!
It’s synced to my online diary, so it fits around my life seamlessly. If you’re not doing this in your own clinic yet… highly recommend.
🎁 Package Sign-Ups with Incentives
While it’s been tricky to track exactly what impact the incentives have had, package sales are definitely up overall. I’m still aiming to hit £10k/month in direct debits consistently — I’m not quite there yet, but once the new aesthetician is in place, I’m hopeful that number will be in reach.
🚫 Paid Ads Plan (Abandoned — and that’s a good thing!)
Funny one: I had planned to start running paid ads in early 2025, but we’ve been so busy I simply haven’t needed to! A very lucky position to be in, and a good reminder that organic marketing can be enough when your brand is strong.
That said, I might revisit ads later in the year when the new aesthetician joins, to help build their client base.

It’s been a journey… and not the smooth kind. After nearly a year of trying (and a few wrong hires along the way), I’ve learned the hard way that rushing this process doesn’t work. I’m now fully focused on finding the right person — someone who’s aligned with our values and here for the long haul. Quality over speed. Every time.
💰 Let’s Talk Numbers:
The first 3 months of 2025 brought in just over £70k in income, and every single month has been profitable.
Given the state of the economy right now, I’m really proud of that. It shows that with the right systems, service, and consistency — you can still thrive.
Feeling really positive about the rest of the year, and can’t wait to keep sharing the journey with you 💜
